1. Who We Are

beClicking, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Fix Duplicates, a software service that connects to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to automate identifying and fixing duplicate transactions.

2. What Data We Collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver and maintain Fix Duplicates
  • Import, display, and sync your accounting information from QuickBooks solely to fulfill the features you request
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., error alerts, account notices)
  • Improve reliability and security (e.g., debug logs, analytics)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We never sell or monetize your QuickBooks data. Any new use outside this list will require your explicit consent.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

  • Contract – to provide the service you requested
  • Legitimate interests – to maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the app
  • Consent – where required (you may withdraw at any time)
  • Legal obligation

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We share your data only with:

  1. Intuit QuickBooks – to read/write accounting data you authorize
  2. Email & analytics vendors – limited to metadata (never full accounting records)
  3. Authorities or auditors – if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety

All vendors are contractually bound to safeguard your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

6. Storage & Security

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES‑256)
  • All traffic uses TLS 1.2+
  • Role‑based access controls; staff access is logged and limited to need‑to‑know
  • Annual penetration tests and vulnerability scans
  • Disaster‑recovery backups stored in a separate region

7. International Transfers

We may transfer data to servers outside your country. Where we do, we rely on valid transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the U.K. International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. Data Retention

We keep QuickBooks data only while your account is active or as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can delete synced data at any time from Settings → Delete Data or by emailing us; we purge backups within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Receive a portable copy (data portability)
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (CCPA)

Our site uses:

  • Analytics cookies – anonymized usage stats to improve the app

12. Changes to This Policy

We’ll post any updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
